Cancellation and refund information

Website orders currently use Cash on Delivery, so no online payment is collected at checkout. Contact the store promptly if you need to change or cancel an order; changes depend on its fulfilment stage. If a payment was collected through another channel, contact the store with the order ID so it can be reviewed.
